You can reach us during normal office hours and regularly before or after. But sometimes you also need support outside normal business hours: our management and customer advisors will help you around the clock in an emergency – even at the weekend.
Technology
We are intensively involved in the development of innovative software products, for example in the area of claims management and company pension schemes (e.g. portal solutions). Technology and media are a means for us to continuously develop customer experiences and services.
Quality through qualification
You will be looked after by experienced and qualified specialists. In addition to the management, competent and passionately motivated employees take personal responsibility for customer care. We work with flat, transparent management structures: short paths, quick decisions. If something is not right, we are open to criticism and respond in a binding and sustainable manner. We are working on anchoring sustainability holistically within the company. It should therefore form an essential part of our corporate responsibility. Our aim is to make exemplary progress both within the company and for society. At the same time, we are committed to the 17 Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) of the United Nations for global sustainable development. Five of these goals are particularly relevant to us as a group of companies and with regard to our core business.
